It's the perfect spot for a couple or small family. Please note, the maximum guests are two individuals. Given that this is a small house, the cottage has limited closet space. There is ample storage under the beds for clothes and two areas with shelves available for guests. The home is a very short distance to Fort Hill and preserved uplands on the National Seashore with spectacular views of Nauset Marsh and the Outer beach. Multiple trails lead you though groves of maple, past Native American historic sites to Hemenway Landing for launching your kayak or boat. Dog allowed with prior approval. Tenant provides linen and towels.
