One bedroom has one queen, one full and one twin bed and the other bedroom on this floor has one full bed and two twin beds. Central AC throughout this home with additional AC units in the upstairs bedrooms. This home will accommodate eight guests. On the main floor is an open living room to dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two sliding doors that lead out to the expansive deck with a comfortable seating area for relaxing, an outdoor table with chairs & umbrella and a gas grill for BBQ's. The deck overlooks the private grassy yard with plenty of room for enjoying outdoor games! There is a spacious garage for storage of bikes, yard games, and beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, toys and games). A play space and TV along with a full laundry area and extra refrigerator is in the garage adjacent to the kitchen. A pet may be considered with homeowner approval and restrictions to be reviewed upon reserving.
