Second Floor: At the top of the stairs enter into a light-filled, open concept kitchen dining and living area. The kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island with counter seating for three. The dining area has seating for eight with sliding doors out to the back deck, stairs lead down to the pool area and yard. The living area has a large sectional, flat-screen television and a decorative fireplace. The second set of sliding doors lead to the side deck. A powder room is located at the top of the stairs.
