Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Cape Cod Bay from this newer "upside down" beach home with central A/C. There is an open kitchen / dining / living room upstairs with deck access. A bedroom with a queen and bathroom with a stall shower are also on this floor. The lower level has a sitting area and three bedrooms ~ 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 2 Twins ~ and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. (Note: Full Futon & Queen Sleep Sofa on 1st Floor and Full Futon on 2nd Floor). The owners have 2 golden retrievers when in residence, however, NO PETS ALLOWED. Please note: Homeowner will be staying on premises (separate quarters over garage) on Friday to Saturday for weekly maintenance and cleaning.
