Central A/C provided throughout the house. To the right is the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. To the left at entranceway are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, and bedroom two has a bunk bed with a twin on the top, full size on the bottom, and a twin size trundle underneath. The primary bedroom is on the second floor with a king size bed, private bath, and walk in closet. In the lower level you will find the washer and dryer, as well as a living room area with seating and another smart TV, with a sliding door leading out to the back yard. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth for dining, and attractions, 15 minutes to the Mashpee Commons, and 10 minute drive to Menauhant Beach. Short drive to Bad Martha's Brewery, and Cape cod Winery. Enjoy evening BBQ's and stunning views from the back deck. Linens (Sheets) are NOT INCLUDED. Bath towels and beach towels ARE included.
