On the second floor are four bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, bedroom two has a full-size bed, and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. AC Splits are located throughout the rental. LINENS (sheets and towels) ARE INCLUDED with this rental. Outside you will find a patio area, fenced in yard and gas grill for evening BBQ's. Beach chairs and equipment available for tenant use.
