Cute little 2 bedroom cottage not far from Burton Baker and Indian Neck Beach. Located on Cove Road tucked back into its own lot you will find this little gem reminiscent of Old Cape Cod. 572 Square feet with 2 bedrooms, one living room, open kitchen, tiny bathroom with a tiny shower, porch area and back deck. The larger bedroom has a queen bed and the smaller bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle (please note: if this trundle is pulled out you will have to exit the sliders onto the back deck and walk around the cottage to the front door in order to access other parts of the cottage because the trundle will block the front door of the room). The sofa bed pulls out to a queen. There are 2 ceiling fans, 2 standard fans and one window A/C unit in the living room. Amenities include WiFi, Basic Cable, DVD Player, and an older model washer and a new dryer in the basement. One well behaved cat or dog is welcome on a case by case basis. A pet visits when the owner stays here in the off season. This is an old Cape Cod cottage and feels like it too. We recommend viewing before booking. It is priced appropriately for its location and the Wellfleet summer rental market.
