We step foot in every home before it joins the rental program and personally speak with each and every tenant before making a reservation. We are here at your service and also supply a 24 hour emergency phone service available to tenants throughout the rental season to address any issues that may need our attention.

Mary Carey, Rental Manager, Outer Cape
Mary leads the Eastham office with 30 years experience and is a licensed Real Estate agent in Massachusetts. She created the original rental department at Anchor Real Estate. Her greatest enjoyment comes from helping families locate the ideal vacation spot and seeing them return year after year. She has seen children grow from infancy into their twenties---even recently encountered one young man sitting with his fiancé in a restaurant who approached her to reintroduce himself and reminisce over past summer vacations. Mary and her husband have been married for 47 years and have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. Any one of them you will often see in the Eastman office or helping out in the field----a family operation so to speak.
Janet Flint, Financial Coordinator
Janet has been with the company for 12 years. With roots in the Boston area, she first started experiencing the Cape through summer camping in Eastham and continued vacationing on the Cape for years until she and her husband moved to Orleans. When not enjoying time on the Cape with her family, in the garden, or the beach, she enjoys her bi-annual vacation to Saint Martin. Her background managing corporate accounting and Human Resources benefits the team and clients greatly as she focuses on keeping the rental and payment process running efficiently and effectively.
Jayne Vegenas, Rental Agent, Lower Cape Jayne is a Cape Cod Native having grown up and currently living in the town of Harwich. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration of Finance and Marketing. She is a Licensed MA Real Estate Agent.
Denise Holbrook, Rental Agent, Mid and Upper Cape
Denise grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts and has always enjoyed the Cape's natural beauty and has lived here since 1981. Coming from a construction based family her career evolved as she worked for Contractors in Business Management for Cape firms that included a Property Acquisition, Development, Rental & Management firm that lead her to a Real Estate Career. Her experiences with property development and management skills have been an asset to property owners and investors. Denise has enjoyed owning and managing her own rental properties on Cape Cod & Sanibel Island since 1990.
Nancy Miller, Rental Agent, Lower Cape
Nancy is a licensed Real Estate Agent and recently moved to Cape Cod from Fairfield County, CT. Her enthusiasm and energy, combined with many years of renting vacation homes in Orleans with her family makes her an ideal addition to the Raveis team. She is dedicated to finding the perfect rental vacation home to each of her clients, from the premier group of properties in the Raveis portfolio.
Laurie Novak, Outer Cape
Laurie's family has enjoyed the Cape as summer visitors for over 25 years, camping each summer for several weeks at the Wellfleet Bay Audubon Society. She is primarily a Real Estate Sales Agent with William Raveis, but assists Mary in the Eastham Office with client and customer needs as well. When she is not working, Laurie enjoys walking the beach, cross country skiing at Nickerson State Park, and cooking some of the many fish and shellfish that Jim harvests from local waters. Her grilled striped bass, smoked bluefish pate, stuffed quahogs and various fish and shellfish soups are her therapy.
Sean Smith, Marketing and Operations Manager
Sean is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. He spent almost 10 years in corporate marketing and advertising working with such companies as General Motors, Charles Schwab, Gillette, Time Magazine, and Clairol. Having always been a "beach boy" (growing up in Hawaii and then on the Puget Sound of Washington State), when relocating to Boston in 2000 Cape Cod was a natural attraction and he quickly started spending long weekends until becoming a resident. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and focuses on overall office, operations, and marketing management.
